Marketing Manager
Reporting : General Manager
    Location: Bangalore
  • Job Purpose:
  • Supports Sales in optimising profitable revenue, business expansion/growth and in improving the Customer Experience through above & below the line marketing initiatives. To provide effective business intelligence, recommendations on Sales approach (segmentation, industry focus, lead generation, new revenue streams etc) and execution of regional and local marketing campaigns

  • Qualification & requirements:
  • Must be from a services industry and should have had experience in handling High End Luxury Products
  • Must be able to think innovatively and out of the box. And should have demonstrated this in the past
  • Business school or university qualification/degree in Marketing
  • 5-8 years of related experience within the Marketing function
  • Clear proof of prior experience of applying marketing principles & knowledge
  • Macro understanding of the Indian business environment and aviation industry in specific
  • Has designed and conducted some form of Brand/Advertising research
  • Has performed Market and Business Analysis with respect to advertising effectiveness
  • Has a broad vision of the current situation and future position of the industry and players
  • Experience of controlling multiple projects and relevant budgets
  • Prior experience at managing a professional team including employee career progression management
  • Able to write a regional/national Marketing Plan relevant to specific projects and the marketing function as a whole and a clear track record of seeing the plan through
  • Experience in Digital Marketing strategies & Implementation.
  • Good understanding of how a complex business operates (structure, mission, goals, processes, interdependencies etc) & of the business environment (competitor, economic, industry etc) with the ability to identify & incorporate relevant factors in recommendations/communications
  • Excellent cultural awareness with experience of effectively communicating & interacting with people of multiple cultures
  • Good understanding of brand management including advertising & communication methods, media & practices
  • Agency Management Experience: Specifically brand/advertising & media buying management experience
  • Advanced skill sets of written + verbal communications, presentations
  • Good understanding of the roles & services of Marketing/advertising agencies. Prior experience of working with either an Advertising Agency or handling brand/advertising and Media buying for a corporate
  • Track record of setting targets prior to designing a marketing campaign and effective measurement post execution
  • Strong drive & ability to operate in a complex and rapidly changing dynamic environment
  • Strong focus on delivery and results with high drive and energy levels
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify the key points & potential risks/opportunities in complex scenarios & structure ideas into logical & cohesive output
  • Good understanding of budgeting & cost management principles with experience of successfully managing large project budgets

Marketing Executive
Reporting to : Assistant Manager - Marketing
Location: Bangalore
To promote and drive traffic to the Company website alongside activities related to the site.
  • Creating and implementing banners for various campaigns – hosted on the Company website and other sites.
  • Updating graphics and content on the Company website
  • Managing the Company website and digital requirements.
  • Designing Web Application pages for the Company.
  • Designing the Company Intranet home page and Application pages.
  • Designing & Maintaining all organizational, social media/Content & Engagements.
  • Graduate with 6months-1 yr of exp
  • Excellent verbal & written communication
  • Past experience in Digital /Online Marketing preferred



Sales Manager
  • Location: Delhi & Bangalore
  • Identify external clients for on demand charter and Responsible for growing revenue from charter sales.
  • Identify, qualify, & develop relationships with Corporates & individuals of high net-worth.
  • Manage & maintain all sales leads generated by inside sales, marketing efforts, & new business development.
  • Successfully manage new & existing prospects through the sales cycle.
  • Must provide prompt & accurate price quoting to customers & follow up on each quote to bring closure..
  • Foster & develop relationships with customers & industry personnel to promote goodwill & generate new business.
  • Must remain current on company & competitor product offerings, aircraft, regional charter pricing, & travel trends.
  • Represents the company in a professional manner at trade shows & industry/marketing events.
  • Ensure a consistent performance of sales objectives each month by meeting required sales targets..
  • Responsible for generating revenue for Delhi & the Northern Region.

Customer Care Executive
    Qualification:

Qualification & Skills:
  • Answering calls politely and professionally to provide information Candidate profile.

  • Apply principles of accounting and prepare financial reports by compiling information, preparing profit and loss statements, and utilizing appropriate accounting control procedures.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Verification/Preparation of contract invoices.
  • Preparing periodical specialized statements relating to various customers & lines of business.

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all Quality functions and for statutory monitoring and measurements as required by DGCA.
  • Responsible for resolution of quality control problems in the department.
  • Responsible for developing quality plans.
  • Responsible for resolution of customer complaints in his areas of activity.
  • Responsible for evaluation of quality costs, wherever required.
  • Responsible for all Monitoring and Measuring activities in his Department.

  • Responsible for all Monitoring and Measuring activities in his Department.
  • Responsible for obtaining customer feedback and analysis of the same.
  • Responsible for dealing with customer complaints in his area of activities.
  • Responsible for monitoring KPI and for continual improvement in his Department.

Candidate profile:
  • BE engineering or AME licence holder type or basic.
  • 10 years experience aeronautical experience.
  • 5 years teaching experience as Chief Instructor or instructor.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have undergone the Train the Trainer Course.
  • Proficient in English with good communication skills
