A dedicated Quality Control Department (QC) at DTS supervises the execution of stringent maintenance practices and procedures. This team constantly monitors the activities of all our personnel to ensure that the highest quality is delivered to the customer. On receipt, parts are inspected and scrutinized for compliance with Bell and DGCA norms along with all the necessary paperwork. All work is inspected before, during and on completion. The QCM also oversees the Technical Records Department, which monitors all maintenance records. A specially developed computer tracking system allows us to monitor schedules of inspections, availability of components and compliance of ASB or AD. It also allows us to foresee your maintenance requirements based on your flying hours per month. We can thereby notify you well in advance of any scheduled maintenance, ensuring maintenance is carried out quickly and efficiently.
