The Company (Deccan Aviation Limited) reserves the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel, advance, reschedule, over-fly or delay the commencement or continuance of the flight or alter the stopping place or places or to deviate from the route of the journey or to change the type of aircraft in use without thereby incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the passengers or any other person on any ground whatsoever.The Company reserves to itself the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit for travel or what in the opinion of the company may constitute risk to the aircraft or to the person on board.

This travel Document issued by the Company shall be Subject to the rules of the cancellation as follows:

72 hours or more before flight departure time : 85% of the total fare refunded |
|
49 to 72 hours before flight departure time : 75% of the total fare refunded |
|
25 to 48 hours before flight departure time : 65% of the total fare refunded |
|
24 hours or before more than 01 hours flight time : 45% of the total fare refunded |
|
less than 01 hours : No Show |

In the events of death of passenger or any bodily injury or wound suffered which results in a permanent disablement incapacitating him from engaging in or being occupied with his usual duties or business or occupation, the liability of the carrier for each passenger shall be upto a maximum of Rs. 7,50,000/-

Infants below 2 years of age shall fly free on producing the birth certificate, but will be carried on the lap of the accompanying adult.

Passengers are requested to report at the departure heliport thirty minutes before the notified departure time of the flight.Passengers reporting beyound this time shall be treated as 'NO SHOW' passengers and the Company reserves the right to allot the seat to other passengers.

The Company reserves the right of not holding responsibility in case the passenger misses a flight connection.

Only 12 kg hand baggage is permitted on the flight and no check - in baggage is permitted due to inadequate space in the helicopter. However the Company has made arrangements for baggage transfer through an agency providing this service. The cost of such baggage transfer shall be directly defrayed by the passenger and the Company reserves the right of not holding responsibility for inability to provide these facilities for any reason whatsoever or safety & security of baggage conveyed through the transaction with the baggage transfer agency.

The Company reserves the right of not holding responsibility for the baggage transfer other than the hand baggage.
